Delhi Public School, Khanna, is delighted to share that its Principal, Mrs Sushmita Kanungo, was honored with the prestigious Lifetime Contribution to Education Award at the 5th Global Educators’ Awards 2026, held in Vietnam from October 18 to 22, 2026. The delegation comprised around 20 school principals and educational leaders, primarily from Lucknow, Delhi and Noida. The programme was conducted by the Federation of Private School Principals in collaboration with True Observing India.

The visit provided an enriching opportunity for Indian educators to explore the Vietnamese education system, understand its school culture and observe innovative teaching pedagogies. The delegates visited local schools, interacted with educators and gained valuable insights into classroom practices, student engagement and educational approaches.

The programme culminated in an award ceremony celebrating visionary educators and their contributions to education. The visit fostered international collaboration, cultural exchange and professional learning.

Delhi Public School, Khanna is proud to announce that its student Brahmjot Kaur has been honoured with a Certificate of Appreciation by Sh. The Pre-Primary Wing enthusiastically conducted a Solo Dance Competition for Grade Prep on the 8th July, 2026.

Children showcased their talent through patriotic, traditional and regional folk dance performances, with great confidence and enthusiasm.

Such activities help develop self-confidence, stage presence, creativity, coordination, and communication skills while encouraging children to appreciate our rich cultural heritage.

The subject-wise excellence was equally remarkable, with 4 students scoring a perfect 100% in Psychology and 2 in English and Painting each. One each in Biology, Accountancy, Physical Education, Punjabi and Hindustani Music Vocal.

Delhi Public School, Khanna, shone brilliantly in the Class X CBSE Examinations with its students achieving outstanding results. Wahenoor Kaur Boparai secured an exceptional (99.6%), followed by Parth Gupta (97.6%), Rushil Oberoi (96.6%), Ekamjot Kaur Garcha (96.4%), Jayesha Goyal (96.4%), Divjot Singh (96.2%), Hargundeep Kaur (96%), Harleen Randhawa (95.2%), Divyansh Arora (95%) and Agamjot Singh (95%). These achievers brought immense pride to the school by scoring above 95% marks in the CBSE Board Examinations.

A total of 32 students from Grade X scored above 90%, while around 71 students secured distinctions in the Secondary School Examination (SSE). The subject-wise excellence was equally remarkable, with 4 students scoring a perfect 100% in Punjabi, and one each in Mathematics, Science, Painting, and Computer Applications.
